Angelica B. Abalon-Cabañero became the PRO of the UPLSAA (BSE-LS 1949, cl). She was a librarian of the Philippine National Bank. Mrs. Cabañero became the PLAI President in 1983-1984 and was awarded the Gabriel A. Bernardo Award during her term as PLAI President.
