Brian Lloyd B. Dayrit started his journey in the field of librarianship when he became a Student Assistant at the Centro Escolar University Library for almost two (2) years. Since then, he has worked for a public, school and academic libraries in the span of 11 years. Currently, he is a College Librarian at the UP School of Economics handling cataloging, indexing, acquisitions and reference services.

In 2012, he finished his master’s degree in library and information science in University of the Philippines. In the same year, he took and topped the licensure exam for librarian.
