Bryan is a Registered Professional Teacher and a Registered Librarian. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree
in Library and Information Science at Baliuag University and currently finishing his Master’s Degree in
Library and Information Science at the University of the Philippines Diliman. He successfully completed
the Paralegal Training Program provided by the University of the Philippines Law Center.

He is currently working at the University of the Philippines College of Law Library as a Librarian. He is
also serving the College as an internal auditor for the ISO 9001-2015 - Quality Management System.

Outside work, he serves different organizations as his contribution to the profession and to the nation.
He is the current Vice President of the Association of Special Libraries of the Philippines and the
Founding Secretary of the Network of Academic Law Librarians. He is also the Finance Director of Project
Saysay, Inc, an advocacy that spreads the ideals and values of our great forebears. He is an alumnus of
the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines and Ayala Young Leaders Congress.

In 2019, Bryan was accepted as one of the recipients of the International Federation of Library
Associations and Institutions (IFLA) young professional grant and attended the World Library and
Information Congress (WLIC) held in Athens, Greece.

Bryan is a young professional with a great passion to serve the country through his advocacies.
