Ms. Edeliza C. Gallo finished her Bachelor in Library and Information Science degree at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines on May 2000. She passed the Board for Librarians Licensure Examination on November the same year. She became the Librarian of the Occupational Safety and Health Center – Department of Labor and Employment from March 2001 until November 2013. Currently, she is one of the librarians of the Supreme Court Library.

Since 2002, she was a member of the Association of Special Libraries of the Philippines (ASLP). But only in 2009 that she became an officer of the association. She was an appointed Secretary then. From that time, she was elected and holds different positions in the association – PRO (2010); Auditor (2011-2012); Treasurer (2014) and this year (2015) the Vice-President.
