Teresita R. Casio is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Education major in Library Science. She has been working as librarian for more than 40 years in different government institutions, such as Congress, Commission on Election, Department of Public Works and Highways and Department of Environment and Natural Resources. She is currently the head librarian of Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly National Statistics Office). She has been an active member of ASLP since 2000.
